Leoch Xtreme 12V 280ah (C100) XR-5000 Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) battery.  Dry-cell with the battery acid being encapsulated in fibreglass sheets. In comparison to flooded batteries, AGMs offer increased levels of reliability and versitility - with no free acid, they can be mounted in any orientation and are better able to handle vibration.

Ideal for off grid solar applications and deep cycle use in electric vehicles etc but is dual purpose and can also be used as a starting battery in larger commercial vehicles.
