We do our best to make our online shop intuitive and easy to use, however if you do have any problems or questions please get in touch and we will be glad to help.

You can shop online or place an order over the phone or via e-mail.

Browsing Our Products

Simply click on the category headings in the left hand column. Clicking on a category may reveal sub-categories or take you directly to products within that category.

Pictures and a brief description of each product will appear in the central area of the screen. For more information, click anywhere in the box surrounding the product you are interested in.

Alternatively, you can click on the ‘Search' box at the top of the page and type in what you are looking for.

Making a Purchase - Basket

Click on the ‘Add to Basket’ button next to the product you require and it will be added to your ‘Shopping Basket’.

You can add as many items to your shopping basket as you like.

If you want change the quantity of an item, make the relevant change and then click the circular blue arrows to the righ of the product. If you want to remove an item click on the red cross to the right of the product.

View delivery options and prices by clicking on the "Estimate Shipping and Taxes" button. You will be able to see the cost of delivery before you proceed to checkout. We always keep our delivery costs as low as possible. Your delivery option and price is confirmed (and can be edited if required) when you proceed through checkout.

Up until the point you make payment at the Checkout, you can change the contents of your shopping basket at any time.

Making a Purchase - Checkout

When you are happy with the contents of your shopping basket click ‘Checkout’. You will be asked for billing and delivery address information and once this is completed you can choose to pay securely with your card via our secure SagePay payment process. Your card details are securely handled by SagePay - we do not see or keep any record of your card details here at Willgen.

Once you have placed an order we will send you confirmation by e-mail. Your receipted VAT invoice will be sent out with your order.

Privacy

We do not disclose any information we may hold about our customers to any third parties, with the exception of passing delivery details onto our selected carrier to allow order fulfilment. Our delivery provider will not disclose any of your details to any other party.

The contact forms on this site do reveal to us your e-mail address and any other details you wish to pass on to us. We will keep this information secure and may use it for future correspondence.
