We recognise that it is a rare thing to have your burning question answered on the FAQ page of any website! So, if your question isn't answered below (and let's face it there's a fair chance it's not!), please contact us to get an answer to your specific question. We promise to reply as quickly as possible.
Q: Can I pay over the phone?
A: Yes you can place your order and pay with your credit or debit card over the phone.
Q: Can I pay by cheque?
A: Yes. Put the items you want in your shopping basket and go to the Checkout page to see the total price including delivery (you don't put in any card details at this stage). Send a cheque for this amount with your order and delivery details in the post and we will despatch as soon as the cheque clears. Alternatively, please get in touch to make arrangements.
Q: Can you do next day delivery?
A: Yes - we offer a next day delivery service for most of our products within the UK. Simply choose the Next Day Delivery at checkout. If this option is not available at checkout it is because one or more of the products in your basket is either very heavy or out of stock. In many cases we can still supply for next working day so please telephone for a quotation for you specific order. We accept orders for next day delivery up until 12noon every weekday via the website, and up to 3pm over the phone.
Q: Do you only sell your products online?
A: Yes, although most items can be collected from us direct by prior arrangement. Read more here.
Q: Do you keep products in stock?
A: Yes. We hold good stock levels of our most popular products to ensure that we can fulfill your order quickly and efficiently with minimal shipping charges. We do not stock some of our larger, more expensive items but can usually get them delivered within a day or two. If you want to come and collect a product please contact us to arrange an appointment first.
Q: Do you sell bigger systems as well?
A: Yes, we do supply bigger solar pv and wind power systems. We specialise in solar and wind powered "off grid" systems and will be happy to discuss your requirements with you.
