Farmstream Solar Kit for 360 Degree Camera

Please note when comparing prices that our kit includes a top quality, maintenance free 85Ah 12V leisure battery - many competitors don't include a battery in their kit! You have the option to supply your own battery (minimum 85Ah) or upgrade to a 110Ah battery if you expect high use for your camera or want to maximise winter reliability.

Solar Panel Position

The solar panel needs to be mounted in an unshaded, South facing position. It can be mounted flat to a South facing wall (easiest option) or onto a sloping roof. Mounts supplied are suitable for mounting to a wall or over corrugated roofing sheets (Onduline, corrugated tin or corrugated fibre cement sheets). 

The kit comes with 8m of cable to run from the solar panels back to the charge controller and 2m of cable to run from the charge controller to the battery. We can supply extension cables if required.
