Customer question (received via email 3rd June 2021):

Hi, Does your 4g 360 camera work on other mobile networks?

Jason.

Willgen Reply (Email from Bill 3rd June 2021):

Hi Jason,

Yes our 4G cameras can be used on other networks - you will just need to insert an active SIM card.

Kind regards

Bill

Customer question (received via email 25th April 2021):

Hello, I’m looking for a solar panel to charge the battery on a car transporter trailer with a motor mover (because I struggle to move the trailer manually to fit it on the towbar).  The trailer lives in a campsite secure storage area with no access to mains when I’m not using it, and on campsites when I’ve used it to tow my pre-war car to events.   So I need something that will ensure I have a charged battery when I come to use the trailer - but that won’t over-charge it it.  Can you suggest something suitable?

Customer question (received via email 25th January 2021):

Hi, I am looking for a solar solution to maintain 110ah leisure battery whilst the caravan is in storage. I dont need high performance for top up whilst the caravan is in use just permanent winter maintenance. The caravan is under cover. We have a South facing Window about 8m from the battery Box. Will the suggested system work through the Window or do we need to mount the panel out side. I prefer a solution to simply click onto the battery in November and be able to leave it until we go back the next spring. I look forward to hearing from you

Customer question (received via email 17th January 2021):

Hi,
I'm looking for a solution to a problem i have with my A class motorhome, it is equipped with a solar panel to maintain 2 x leisure batteries and 1 x starter battery. I have noted overwinter that the starter battery has flattened and is not recoverable, the leisure batteries are fine and seem to be maintained without issue, i think it may be something to do with the way the battery monitors voltage relay switches, as i understand it takes care of the leisure batteries first and then the starter battery.

My thought is to fit a stand alone solar panel in the windscreen...

Customer question (received via email 8th September 2020):

Hi
Could you tell me if the 4g cameras can all run off a single battery,  I'm looking at 3 , unfortunately the 360 camera is not suitable for my location,  also do they constantly record to an app or DVR for reviewing for security purposes.
Thank you
Ian

Willgen Reply (Email from Bill 9th September 2020):

Hi Ian,

Many thanks for getting in touch.

Multiple 4G cameras can run off a single 12V battery if they all situated close enough to the battery to avoid significant voltage drop down the cable supplying power to them. Obviously the more cameras you have...

Customer question (received via email 8th September 2020):

Good afternoon

My sunware 35w solar panel that connects to a Fox 350 e controller needs replacing. The panel sits on the coachroof of a yacht and would be occasionally stepped on with light shoes.
The dimensions are 740 x 440.  The 740mm is more critical than the 440mm. I could go to 750mm but larger would overhang.

do you have anything that would be suitable please?

Many thanks for getting in touch and apologies for the delay getting back to you.

The 35W Spectralite 35S would be a suitable replacement with...

Customer question (received via email 1st July 2020):

Hello,

I'm looking to keep batteries maintained in my T5 camper which gets fairly infrequent use. It has a 110A leisure battery and a cranking battery. I am assuming that solar is the best option. Side windows are tinted.

Best, Jon

Willgen Reply (Email from Bill 2nd July 2020):

Hi Jon,

Many thanks for getting in touch. Your options are:

Option 1 - A solar charger for each battery.

I'd recommend two Optimate 10W solar chargers. Slight problem is we have only one left in stock and do not know when new stock will arrive (Covid has interrupted supply chain...

Customer question (received via email 1st July 2020):

Dear sir, I have space on the cockpit roof measuring 400 by 700 for a flexible solar panel. What size panel can I have?
Thanking you in anticipation.
Yours, Trevor

Willgen Reply (Email from Bill 2nd July 2020):

Hi Trevor,

Many thanks for getting in touch.

Unfortunately nothing fits exactly, but the best use of your 400mm x 700mm space is achieved with a PV Logic 20W Flexi solar panel.

Panel dimensions are 345mm x 475mm.

I did look at using multiple smaller panels but nothing quite works out. If you could find the extra space, 3 x PV Logic 10W Flexi panels would...
